Quick Hearing Test

Hearing Loss

Hearing screening SHOULD continue throughout life.
Children should be screened periodically through their schools-going years.
Adults should be screened as part of regular medical check-ups.

Recent studies confirmed that people who lost hearing function could also be at a higher risk for dementia. Studies further indicate that people with hearing loss who embrace hearing aids can significantly lessen depression and anxiety and improve cognitive functioning.

So, how do you know when you or a loved one might suffer from a hearing loss? What are possible indicators or symptoms of hearing loss?
